My question involves civil rights in the State of: oregon. , what can police do if I get caught sneaking over my gf house (both under 18)
It's not civil rights, but ... if her dad owns a gun, you could get shot; her parents could call the cops; her parents could ground her until she is 18 and take away her phone and internet privileges; depending on the details, they might seek a restraining order; you might even be guilty of some sort of crime (depending on the details).
Bottom line: Don't! If her parents don't want you seeing her at that time, DO NOT DO IT!
Let's put it this way; if you get caught sneaking ANYWHERE you are not supposed to be, and that includes visiting a minor child who does not have the permission of her parents to visit with you, the law is not on your side.
