Emancipation problems

I am a 17 year old female and I live in Virginia. I am a senior in high school and will be graduating in June, but I will not be turning 18 until September. My situation at home is complicated. My aunt and uncle moved in with us a little over a year ago and just this past few months decided to get a divorce. My uncle is no longer living with us, but my aunt is still here. My mother seems to always put my aunt first when it comes to everything and it is like living with two mothers. I have a boyfriend of almost 4 years and we plan to get married after I turn 18. We would get married now, but my mother disapproves because I am not going to college right after high school and she believes it is because of my boyfriend. I am an honor student and have been all throughout high school, but she still will not leave me alone with the distrust. I love my mother with all my heart and I know she has the best intentions for me, but she doesn't understand I am ready to move out. I have asked her several time to let my boyfriend and I get married and she says no and I can't blame her, but I am ready to get on with my life. I am tired of being given child privilages with adult responsibility If I were to move out I would finish high school and find a full time job. I am not going to go into great detail of my families relationship, but I really can't wait much longer to get out. I have a part time job I have kept for almost a year and I bring home between 2 and 3 hundred a paycheck not including the raise I just got. My boyfriend is about to turn 19 and has a steady job. He helping his parents pay bills along with some money for rent in order to stay there until I am ready to get out. My boyfriends parents said that they would be happy to take me in until my boyfriend and I could get on our feet. I really need outside input on the situation! I am afraid to start a family feud, but I need out! Please help!!!!

If your state even has an emancepation statue you would not meet it. You must be 100% self supporting! Living with BF parents is not self supporting! Living with your BF is also not self supporting! Lastly you would require parental consent which you already know you wont get! Best to keep doing what your doing and wait for Sept!

§ 16.1-331. Petition for emancipation.

Any minor who has reached his sixteenth birthday and is residing in this Commonwealth, or any parent or guardian of such minor, may petition the juvenile and domestic relations district court for the county or city in which either the minor or his parents or guardian resides for a determination that the minor named in the petition be emancipated. The petition shall contain, in addition to the information required by § 16.1-262, the gender of the minor and, if the petitioner is not the minor, the name of the petitioner and the relationship of the petitioner to the minor.

§ 16.1-332. Orders of court; investigation, report and appointment of counsel.

If deemed appropriate the court may (i) require the local department of welfare or social services or any other agency or person to investigate the allegations in the petition and file a report of that investigation with the court, (ii) appoint counsel for the minor's parents or guardian, or (iii) make any other orders regarding the matter which the court deems appropriate. In any case pursuant to this article the court shall appoint counsel for the minor to serve as guardian ad litem.

§ 16.1-333. Findings necessary to order that minor is emancipated.

The court may enter an order declaring the minor emancipated if, after a hearing, it is found that: (i) the minor has entered into a valid marriage, whether or not that marriage has been terminated by dissolution; or (ii) the minor is on active duty with any of the armed forces of the United States of America; or (iii) the minor willingly lives separate and apart from his parents or guardian, with the consent or acquiescence of the parents or guardian, and that the minor is or is capable of supporting himself and competently managing his own financial affairs.

I agree with Panther, your chance of getting emancipated is slim to none.
