How to Delay the Resolution of a Traffic Ticket Case
My question involves traffic court in the State of: California, Santa Clara County

I would like to try the "delay" strategy to fight for my ticket. Hopefully after a long delay, the officer will either forget/lost his notes/no longer in duty etc

Just wondering how I should go about it. Should i:

    1) Ask for extension to make decision on the ticket?
    2) Ask for arraignment
    3) Ask for continuance for arraignment
    4) Plead not guilty at arraignment
    5) Schedule court trial date
    6) Ask for continuance for trial
(not sure how many times you can ask for continuance)

    Thanks

    You're delusional.

Do you think you're the first one to every try that?

    You aren't.
