Prosecution of a Repeat Offender for Lewd and Lascivious Conduct

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida.

I have been arrested 5 times in FL for lewd & lascivious. The last arrest in late 2013 & was a first degree misdemeanor. If I am arrested again, would it be a misdemeanor or felony ??

That depends on what offense(s) (statutes) you have been convicted of. What was the age of your victim(s), and the circumstances?

Personally, I would HOPE that you face felony charges! You seem to be one sick puppy!

EDIT: A quick read of Florida's Chapter 800 for Lewdness does not appear that repeat offenses raise the severity of the crime. However, there could be sentencing enhancements for the priors ... I'm not going to hunt through the FL statutes to find out.

It won't be an issue if you simply learn to keep it in your pants!

Depends on what you do next time and to whom you do it.

There are several levels of lewd and lascivious crimes that range from misdemeanors all the way up to a felony that is punishable by life imprisonment.

If you are getting the urge again I suggest you get some treatment for it before you end up being somebody's involuntary girlfriend in prison.
