Can a 15 year old be forced to go back home in Alberta, Canada?
This is a U.S. board, so you need to check a Canadian legal resource; but as of the last Canadian legal material I read, yes.
My parents and I haven't been getting along for the past 2 years or so. They get mad at me for no reason and I do everything they ask. I been thinking about moving out past couple months. Would I be able to move out without permission? I have a safe place I could stay and would still go to school. Could they force me to move back home?
You're 15. To have been unhappy with your parents for the past 2 years is so normal it's... normal. I'd be a bit concerned if my teen didn't challenge me on a regular basis.
Regardless, as you were told once already, you need to ask on a Canadian forum although I'll give you this bit of advice:
This is probably one of the first times you're really not wanting to put up and shut up, and what follows will be the first of many real instances where you're going to do what someone else wants you to no matter how much you object.
You can learn and grow, or you can sing nanny nanny boo boo and pout about it.
I think you'll do the former. Right?
