How is Child Support Calculated After Military Retirement
My question involves child support in the State of: indiana but we live in florida

My husbands ex wife keeps taking him to court and upping his child support payments (the judge even counted against him that he was deployed last year and could not get them) He will be medically retired soon from the army, what can child support and her take , about 70% of his check is now going to her, they are now including bah in the equation. she now thinks she can factor in va benefits and every penny he will get from the medical retirement

The court won't increase his obligation for no reason - obviously something has changed whenever this occurs.

    Your husband can read these:

    http://www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/css/...erans-benefits

He also needs to investigate how the state treats medical benefits.
