    Dating Without Parents' Concent
My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Florida hi I'm 24 and my girlfriend is 17 going to be 18 in July and when have been dating for 3 months now but we have to sneak around to see each other cause her granny judges me from what people have been saying and don't want her to date me but we love each other so much and will not stop seeing each other, we are not doing anything together cause I don't want to and she don't want to until further down the road like months from now but can I get in trouble for dating her when we aren't doing anything but trying to spend time together.

And you can't wait until July?

    Really?

That's not love. That's pure immaturity.

Yes. You can get in trouble for dating her when you aren't doing anything but trying to spend time together.

When she is 18, she is free to move out of her parents' house and see anyone she wants to see. Until she is 18, she doesn't do anything but breathe unless her parents give her permission.

Honestly, until you learn that you shouldn't use your real name or location (or both, as you did here) on a public forum and batten down your social media privacy settings, you shouldn't be dating anyone. ESPECIALLY when you're asking about the legality of dating a minor who is almost 6 1/2 years younger than you are.

Stay away from the girl until she's 18.
