    That's fine for Brazil.

Florida doesn't have to recognize an order from another nation that it regards as against public policy, so it is possible that they could deem you to be a minor in need of protection and place you into state custody.

You talk about what will happen - you already have housing and a job lined up?

Yes, I do, but I guess I will only be able to work full time if I got emancipated.
Being emancipated in one of my nacionalities, can be a reason for the state to consider me emancipated there too ?

A: How many times do we have to answer your question?

If you don't want to answer, please, don't post anything.
I'm asking, how can I make sure if I am emancipated in FL or not. You got an answer for this ? If yes, then I would be glad if you share the answer with me, if not, you would be already helping by don't posting anything.

Florida does not give a rip what the government of Brazil says about anything.

Florida does not have to recognize a Brazilian emancipation.

In Florida, the only way to be emancipated is if your parents file a petition for it to happen.
