hi i am wondering some info for my friend she is 17 and her parents hit her and tell her she was a mistake and they hate and and wish she was never born and she starting to not beable to take it any more and she wants legal help so she asked me to do some research. she wants to move in with her grandma and her parents wont let her is there any way for her to do this legaly or anything please help!

yeah she thought of that but the thing is is that she doesnt want to be put into a home or an orphanage she wants to live with her grandma

The Grandmother could petion court for custody. first step is to report the abuse! Maybe she could have Grandmother report the abuse and CPS meet your "friend" at the Grandmothers!
