Child Support if you get some one from another state pregnant
Hi,
This is somewhat of a funny story. I met some one online from CA. I am from MA. She came to MA and I got her pregnant lol
Can she make me pay child support? Would it be easier for her to get me to pay child support if I continue living with her in CA for a little while longer? I been here for a few weeks now and want to leave, I think, cause things are not working well lol, as one might imagine if you get some one pregnant in this manner.
Any input would help me. Even if it's angry statements lol :(

Yes, she can get a court order for child support.

She can get an order for child support no matter where you live.

I'm from mass.
You want to make sure the child support order uses CA guidelines, not MA. (so stay with her as long as you can, just to be safe )
Massachusetts guidelines are some of the toughest in the country.
I find it troubling how lightly you are taking this.

I guess I do.
I don't think I will last here too much longer anyway. Without getting too far into it, I just can't trust her. She is very loyal to the "system" and not at all to me.
I keep telling her that vaccines are not effective and/or unnecessary and dangerous and actually cause the disease they claim to prevent, but she just wants to get the kid vaccinated. She won't hear or watch or read any information on the subject. This is the best video I seen on vaccination so far http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...d+autism&hl=en , but it leaves a lot out. I can't believe how "lightly" people take the issue of vaccination. Here is an older video http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...54679207090010 and a website with information http://homepage.mac.com/raypoke/FileSharing1.html Do your own research if you want, there are many websites out there and other sources of information.

How did this go from a child support issue to a vaccination issue?
Has the child been born?
Has paternity been established?
If it has been proven you are the father, the disagreement you have with the mother shouldn't influence you on to whether or not you should help support the child.

Basically she gets to do whatever she wants with the child and I have to pay. And I believe the vaccines are far more hurtful than helpful. I don't want to get the kid vaccinated. That creates a lot of tension between us, among other things. I wrote more than I should have about the vaccines, maybe.

No. Although I'm almost positive it's mine. But i guess a lot of people say that and are proven wrong. But I know how certain people behave pretty well I think  I joke all the time with her saying "it aint minez yo" and that she should take me on Maury Povich, she doesn't find it funny lol

She gets my money and decision on what to do with the kid and when she can see him/her probably too. Sounds like a pretty sweet deal. Can't get much better genes then mine too lol
Re: Child Support if you get some one from another state pregnant
I'm back in massachusetts. How is the amount of child support you have to pay determined?
What if you have a job that pays you under the table? Is your job/salary history taken into account when the court determines the amount or who ever does it? Like if they say you pay a certain amount because of your job then get a different job, what happens to the amount you pay?
Re: Child Support if you get some one from another state pregnant
Here's the calculator...
http://www.dor.state.ma.us/apps/work...ines-short.asp
If you don't make enough, the order will be based on what you could make.
Bend over pal, welcome to massachusetts :)

If you wanted a "say so" concerning the child's welfare, you should have stayed in California where you could seek joint custody of the child and play a proper fatherly role. It may be difficult to do that from the other side of the continent.

I could go back if I wanted to. I have very few possessions to say the least. But like I said, I'm from Boston and I was only in California a few weeks.

I can't imagine California being too much better. But of course I'm just guessing. I can move to another state or even country if wanted to. I'm not from the US.
I don't mind paying a lot if I thought it would benefit the kid, but the mother will not spend the money on the kid, I guarantee. Basically the kids life will not change, only the mother will have more Chinese slave goods from Walmart, that's about it. She's almost half retarded lol. I told her that all the time, lol. I guess that's when we started growing apart, lol. The kid will still be fed Mcdonald's and crap, still learn no sports or anything for that matter, still go to a crappy school, and etc.
Oh man, I hate to think how fat and stupid the kid will be being raised by her. Maybe I should move back :(
