How to Disprove a False Report to the Police

My question involves criminal law for the state of: florida

I own a farm 40 miles from my home and I have 2 men who did $42,000 in property damage and am suing them as a result.
one lives next to the farm and the other owns a few acres of landlocked property behind my farm but lives next to my 80 YO Dad 30 miles away.
[ mean guy BTW ] who has caused trouble for my dad for 50 years ]
my dad warned me last month that the guy is going to say I pulled a gun on him and the other one with his wife are going to be the witnesses to have me arrested etc..
this is to happen next time they can catch me at my farm and my security cameras show the 3 outside my gate almost every day checking to see if I am there.

my wife and I did sneak up last week to change out the SD cards late at night and I never go alone anymore but with a wife that works I can not run the farm or grow crops this year.
what can I do ?

If you truly think they intend to make something up, never travel to where you need to go alone. In fact, it might be a good idea to video record any contacts with them just so that you have evidence to show that you did NOT pull a gun on them.

Hire an assistant and get a body camera. File a report with the local police based on them being at your gate all the time.

I don't see how just standing outside the gate is illegal, unless they are trespassing on the OP's property to do it.

It will lend credibility to his advance report they are attempting to set him up.
