Then the tax return is not just HIS tax return, its also YOUR tax return.
She did NOT file a joint return, therefore it's HIS return only and the IRS isn't giving her a transcript.

You either call the company that prepared the return or you get a copy of it from the online company he used if he did it himself. You can also go online at irs.gov and register for a log in and password and get a transcript online. You can get a tax return transcript to show the return, and an account transcript that may show the offset.

Re: How Can a Parent Get Released from Jail After Arrest for Non-Payment of Support
I have a child support order in Ohio for my three children, their father has continuously not paid support. Child support has let him go forever. He also has two other support orders for other children. I took him to court myself last year and the end of that was that he had a chance to purge jail time. He did so by paying a lump sum of a total of 5 months of child support and this being paid the day before he was to turn himself in. Child support finally took him to court last week and once again he is being given the opportunity to purge the jail time. What can I do now? He will only pay it until this is over and then stop once again. Child support I'm sure will not take him back to court right away and it is unfair that I have to pay $150 to file against him myself which is taking money away from my kids as well. He has it pretty easy since his support is order is not a lot for 3 kids and my husband carries the health insurance on the kids and we pay 100% of all medical the insurance does not cover and extra-curricular activities even though it was an order of the court for him to pay half. How can he purge a second time?

You should start your own thread.
Regardless - he can purge, because that's what the law allows.
