Converting a Proprietary File Type to a PDF
    Hi,

I am going to take Microsoft certification exam soon. To prepare it, I have to practice many questions. There are a lot of IT Certification company managing this find of business. But there is a simple way to do it, which is to download the tests files and use exam simulator to do it. We can download VCE file legally and buy a VCE Exam simulator. But the VCE Exam Simulator is really not cheap.

Eventually I found there are services to convert VCE files to pdf files. The steps are to upload the VCE files to the web and pay a little money, then get back the pdf format files.

My question is that is it a legal service? I don't want to make any trouble.:o

    Thank you.

The principal issues to worry about are whether you are removing DRM, and whether your licensing agreement for the VCE files forbids your proposed action. If neither is a concern, then changing the file format for your personal use should not be an issue.
