Having a Fiancé Around the Children in Possible Violation of a Court Order
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Florida
My ex had a restraining order put on my fiancee against my two children which expired on Janurary 22 2015. When the final judgement was ordered the judge put in the Other Provisions section that my fiancee could not be present when the kids visitied until further order of the courts. Would that further order be when the restriaing order expired or do we have to go back to court to have that removed from the final judgement? Please help. My ex filed an emergency motion for contempt and I want to know am I in the wrong?

No, that "further order" is not when the restraining order expired. That meant a future order of the judge. So yes, you are in the wrong.

This. Your ex is likely going to win his contempt motion. Tread carefully or you could easily find yourself in the position of being the NCP.
Question: What was the basis of the restraining order?
