1) Privacy - It's is forbidden (violation of privacy) to record conversation between third people. It is NOT violation of privacy, and so perfectly legal, to record a conversation when YOU are part of it. Study law a little better!

Doggy, you followed the rules. You are a bona fide US citizen. They do say that some people with very high IQ's become insane. I think we are dealing with an example. In fact, OP is so smart, he cannot even figure out how to make a success of his life or that of his children and must instead leach off society for everything.

He really has no idea how vile and disgusting and actually abusive his behavior would appear to a judge. He is putting his son directly in the middle of adult issues and actually believes that he is right in doing so.
Please, OP, do go and get yourself an attorney and truthfully tell the attorney everything that you have said here. Make sure its a male attorney so that you are not dealing with a "feminazi". You need someone that you will believe when they tell you that you almost could not do things more wrong than you are doing them.
You accuse your wife of being abusive when your behavior is more abusive to your son than hers could ever be.
And believe me, if a mother said that she was putting her child in the middle of adult issues, we would be equally harsh with her.
