Sleeping Arrangements in a Single Hotel Room
My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Ohio

I have an issue I need answers for please.

    Here it is.

    I have 2 Grandchildren Boy 13, Girl 9

My son has is called the custodial parent. He is a **** up. He is now homeless and the kids are staying with their mom now.

Their mother is no better than their father for sure but does have a place to live at the moment.

She and her boyfriend have a hotel room with two beds. The kids share one bed and the mom and her boyfriend share the other.
    All in the same room.

My question is is that is this legal? It sure doesn't seem right. I am ready to call children services about it but need to ask someone about it before that.
It doesn't seem right that they can do that as a permanent thing.

I want to take them if needed but only if so.

They are sharing single beds at that

not sure what I should do or can do

So they're poor. That isn't illegal. Unless they're being abused or aren't being fed, keep your nose out of it.

So, give them the money to rent a bigger room or get a roll-a-way bed.
