Charged with Misdemeanor Harrassment in Texas
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

I'm charged with an 800$ misdemeanor harrassment charge and I haven't gone in in a month for the warrant. What's my best course of action.
It was my wife's best friend and we started talking because of my wife's BF was a horrible lying relationship. We both felt good talking about it to each other but when I admitted I had feelings for her. While talking about her love issues made me start falling in love. I wanted it bad. I knew her for yrs and I debated in my head whether or not to tell her. I did and deep down I think she loved me to but couldn't hurt my wife. She told me to stop calling but I couldn't leave it at that. I would go silent, then text her a month later and the second time I tried ignoring her I couldn't. My last and best friend in town killed himself and I had nowhere to turn. She listened and gave me a chance but that chance made me feel like she wanted me. I tried contacting her again and she told me she was getting a restraining order. I got mad and threatened some things. When I did that she called the cops. They took me to the hospital and didn't charge me with anything. I made a call to her in the hospital and that's when the cop gave me the order. I know I was wrong in contacting her and threating. What's goin to happen to me????????

The answer to your second question is, sorry, the crystal ball is out for repairs. The answer to your first question should be self-evident; call a lawyer.

That's something to be discussing with your lawyer, and your behavioral health treatment team.
