Can You Be Deported for Trafficking Marijuana
    Hello everyone,

I received a Class 6 Felony (Facilitation to Commit Possession of Marijuana For Sale) a few years ago (stupid, I know). I have since served my time and paid all fines that were due.

    My questions:

    Is this a deportable offense?
Should I renew my card or stay under the radar?
What are my risks and options?

    Any help is appreciated.

Yes any drug felony is a deportable offense. There is no under the radar. You will be deported when they get to you.

Is it just a matter of when or a matter of if?

If the card has expired and one applies for a renewal, are they going to decline and start the deportation process immediately?

Its time to get a consult with an immigration attorney. This is the kind of situation where you really should not be relying on advice from an internet forum. I don't hold out a lot of hope for you, but an immigration attorney, who can discuss your situation in depth, is far better able to assess your situation than we are.
