What job do you have that will allow you to pay $700 a month, still have enough money left over for food, clothing, insurance, medical care, transportation, etc., while still going to school and getting better than average grades?

Check with your county court. Many of them have emancipation information online. Te big problem here is that before you can apply for emancipation it appears per the NRS that you already have to be living on your own.
Ultimately the court will decide whether this is truly in the minor's best interest or not. Keep in mind that very very few such petitions are granted. Those that are granted usually involve minors who - through no fault of their own - are effectively living on their own and providing for all or most of their upkeep away from home already. It's not generally seen as a means to get out of the house and allow a parent to evade responsibility or a child to play grown-up.
