Statutory Rape of a Young Child

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Indiana

I am 36 years old, male. I am in a relationship with a 13 year old, female. The relationship was initiated by her. I have known her since she was 5, we started calling each other boyfriend/girlfriend when she was 6, and we had 'sex' for the first time when she was 7, if you can even call it sex. the sex was also initiated by her. I cant remember when we started having real sex with penetration. we progressed very slowly, and i never hurt her in any way.

honestly, this is the first and only young girl i have ever been attracted to. She is very mature, and she acts like a young woman, not to mention that she is absolutely gorgeous! We are still together... as long as she wants to have a relationship with me, i will stay with her. We talked about how people change a lot as they get older, and we both want to do our best to stay together through all those changes, until it is safe for us to tell our secret.

She is very much aware that what are doing is illegal, and since the very beginning we both make sure to cover our tracks. But we dont want to hide this forever!

1. how old should she be before we tell people that we are in a relationship?
2. how old must she be before we tell people how long we have been together?

In both cases, we will both deny that we ever had sex. You dont need sex for a relationship!

Yes, i know this is not an ideal situation. But it happened, so i simply want to know what we have to do, because this is not something we want to keep a secret for our entire lives.

You should seek professional counseling as what you have done and what you are considering continuing to do, are not only illegal, but unhealthy. Let me get this straight, you, as a 30 year old, had "sex" (if you can even call it that), with a 7 year old? That about sum it up? You have some serious issues.
PS - did it ever occur to you Mr. Child Abuser (yes, that's what you are), that a 7 year old doesn't have the mental capacity to "consent" to anything? There is a reason why you need to reach a defined age in order to enter into contracts and agreements. A 7 year old can't consent to a damn thing.
PPS - wtf is wrong with you that you interpreted the actions of a SEVEN YEAR OLD to be that of initiating sex? Any even if that were true, why didn't you exercise the responsibility that you had AS AN ADULT to educate the young, impressionable girl, as to why that action would be inappropriate?

If this is true, hell yes she needs counseling. She has been repeatedly raped by a man 20 years her senior.
