Child Removed by CPS After a Fight With Her Mother

I'M in need of help, I am going through a nasty divorce and because we we were in/out of court they have taken our 8 year old away she has been in foster care for 3 months. They are saying we have emotionally abused her. My ex husband was verbally and physically abusive when I went to pick up my daughter he caused a fight and recorded it on his cellphone which shows me pulling my daughter trying to get away from him and his family shes screaming and thats what caused the CPS intervention. So now im the villian and CPS is on his side! I'm at a lost I dont know legally what can I do. My mom has been finger printed and approved but they wont release her to my mom! Please give me some advise
