    if someone is banned from let say Meijer are they ban from all meijer stores or just the one they were caught at?

    Ask the chain involved. No law forces it one way or the other; it's simply up to the store chain how to handle it.

    What the others have said. The store can choose to ban you from one location or all in the chain. It's their choice and they will have to clarify.

    A judge told me it was all the stores in the city the crime was commitment. This was in Phoenix, arizona.

    Lynsie, what your judge told you in Arizona had no bearing on what happened at Meijer (a midwest megastore chain).

    Meijer is not in Arizona....unless you are thinking of Fred Meyer (part of the Kroger chain)? Or Fred Meyer Jewelers?

    Anyway, you would need to contact the store and find out if it is just the store you stole from, or the entire chain and it's subsidiaries. Example, some WalMart bans include Sam's Club.
