    Lawsuit for credit card debt
can a judge take the attorney's word as fact without supporting documents?
If you object to the attorney's claims because he has not presented any documentary evidence or proof, Is the judge required to accept your objections.
Or will the judge brush you aside because you are not an attorney, or help the attorney to prosecute you as they sometimes do.

    Attorney's Statements In Court
An attorney's questions, statements, and questions are not evidence. However, a debt can sometimes be established through documents and affidavits submitted to the court, in which case it might not be necessary for the attorney to submit anything else in order to win a case over an unpaid debt.
