Reeking of Marijuana on Camera

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: california

Friends were smoking and I smelled went into a restraunt reeking and everyone noticed someone
filmed me am I fine wasn't high just smelled,but the owner was there. Can anything happens by the video or video cameras?

Is this "Smell-O-Vision"?

The staff could tell you not to come back, but, otherwise? Not much would come of it absent some pretty peculiar and unlikely circumstances.

Best bet ... don't go out into public places when you've been toking up - you reek and everyone knows you're high (and likely labels you based on those perceptions).

Stop hanging out with dopers and you won't have to worry about these kinds of questions.
