    Juvenile Diversion Program
My question involves criminal law for the state of: VA.
A year ago, I was 16 and I was caught stealing and I completed a "juvenile diversion program" which i had to do community service. My probation officer told me that it wouldn't be on my record. If the job application ask "Have I ever convicted a felony? or been arrested or Have i been to court?" I can select no. So then I applied for a job and they were going to do a background check, i'm curious if my "juversion diversion program" will show up through the background check up?

If your PO told you what you say and that is what you plead to, then your criminal record will come back clean.
