Juvenile Possession of Marijuana in Arizona

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Arizona

So about a week ago me and some friends were hanging out after school on a friday right before a break. it started with me and 2 other girls, one of them being my girlfriend, and we decided we were going to smoke pot. we all wanted to, so we went to a bank to pull a 20 out of my account and the other 2 would pay me back later. we then went to one of the girl's work where one of her friends was a dealer and we picked up the weed out of his car. during this time one of our other friends, who is a guy, joined us. he didn't help pay but he knew what we were doing and was going to smoke. we drove to this spot that i knew of that was down a dirt road and very secluded. we had just started and the 2 girls had smoked and as the can that we were using to smoke out of got to me a spotlight shined on us. we hid the can and the weed and the cop walked up to my window even though i was in the back seat. he asked for our ID's and we gave them to him. Then 2 other cop cars pulled up to the spot. he asked us to leave the car and they began asking us questions about our night. the girl who owned the car gave consent to search the vehicle. they eventually found the weed. i had been completely honest with the cop telling him everything that happened but they seemed to think no one had smoked yet. (there were about 8 cops because it was a training mission or something) they got our information and had us sitting in the back of a cop car at one point. never during this time were we read our miranda rights but they never said we were being arrested so im not sure how that is supposed to work.

can anyone tell me what our options are and what we should do during the hearing. the 2 girls and I want to go into is as a sort of "team" and just be as apologetic as we can and admit that what we did was wrong but the other guy wants to put the blame on the girl who bought the weed from her dealer. i still think we should all take the blame because we all had the intent of smoking and the ability to do so. is there a possibility of qualifying for community service and correctional classes or are we guaranteed to receive jail time?

What happens in juvenile court depends on your age, your home, school, community, and prior police records, and the judge's impression of you. Without knowing any of that information, nobody here can suggest what the outcome is likely to be.

I have no way of telling you whether there will be even a hint of credibility to any effort to say, "I didn't know that [the girl] had marijuana." I suspect that most or all of you have already made statements that would undermine such a story.
