Okay. He didn't know they were home.

In what way do you think that makes an iota of difference to anything?

If trail approaches and he doesn't get a better deal,it's a long number but it's better then basically a life sentence. He can probably can out a little earlier on parole. He just wanted to scare the person, the Da has an easy case to proof all the charges.

"He broke into the house while the family was home.
NO, HE DID NOT KNOW THEY WERE HOME UNTIL HE WAS ALREADY INSIDE."

You seem to be a bit slow on the uptake. The crime of aggravated robbery was committed when he broke into a home with the intent to steal, and threatened the occupants with the display of his firearm.

No, what you are doing is revealing yourself to be exceptionally childish. Nobody here thinks much about it -- your type is not exactly rare. If you stop posting, you'll be forgotten almost instantly.

Dude, you have done nothing on this thread other than post snarky comments. You just keep coming back here to take some more shots at me.
More specifically, you keep coming back here to dispute all my responses.
I know what he did was wrong in every way possible, he is guilty in every sense of the word, and he's a bad guy with bad intentions.
Is that what you wanted to hear? Cause i got the answer to my question about 50 posts ago, so I'm not sure what you're still here arguing about, other than how i worded my responses.
And for christs sake i WISH you would instantly forget about me and my post. Go act like a judgmental know it all on someone else's thread.

I dont, and don't care. This has nothing to do with my original question so I'm done talking about it.

I wonder if he will get a better deal? And I'm not sure that deal is even on the table anymore. If he changed his mind hopefully its not too late.

I have no personal ability to either improve your ability to read or to stop you from being rude. That's all on you.

I am not sure why you insist on trying to pick childish fights with pretty much everybody in this thread.
