Seeking Custody After the Other Parent Moved Away With the Child

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: MA
My daughters mother moved to FL in the middle of the night and took my daughter with her. She did not tell me she was leaving and hasn't told me where she is. I do not have a court order for visitation because we had worked it out ourselves . I had my daughter 3-5 days a week then she would be with mom 3-5 days . We had no issues but she moved away with new boyfriend. I have filed for full custody and trying to get her served. I want a stable home for my daughter as this is the 4 time she has moved in 10 months. ( she is 10 months old). I am waiting for a hearing on child support as I have been contacted my DOR. I have given her money in the past and do have the checks to prove it. The letter from DOR informed me not to give her money directly and they will be contacting me with a court date but I haven't gotten one yet. I do not know if this will hurt my chances of getting my daughter. When I take my daughter I only take the baby and I provide clothes , diapers , food, ect .... Do I have a chance ? We are not married and I am on birth certificate

If you do not know where your ex- is located, how would you send her support?

I am waiting for a hearing from the Department of Revenue to pay support . I am wondering if there is a chance for me to get custody of her .
