Indeed. With the joining of sperm and egg. "Sir?" "Ma'am?" :loyal:

Like I said, everything is in my court record EXACTLY like I stated. The case is public record. For the people who came to this thread and started saying...well you should just say sir and it be easier for you...is not really something that should be poste dhere since this was to be from a LEGAL perspective. As stated by another, saying sir is NOT legally required, so why would someone tell a person they should have done something that they are not even legally required, it was a "plea hearing". I stated not guilty. As for evidence, there is zero evidence. As for was jail time involved, I answered this already when I stated I have served time for this. It was jail time crimes.
For the comment "sounds like you have a pretty serious psychiatric disorder " please show where I have showed any of this.
Lithium is not given for grins and giggles. :loyal:
I still have not seen any inkling of what it is you want to do here.
The problem is it's hard to give advice when there isn't a question posed. Such as: Can I get this off my record? Was this a violation of my rights?
Color commentary is kind of a given on a public forum.
I never said you should have said sir, I just said that's probably what started this mess.
All you have to do is read his reasons for not saying Sir, and you can tell that he's a self-important blowhard who demands respect but refuses to provide any.
I've seen a few like him before. Odd how they mostly end up the ones left in the dust while the ones who are willing to cooperate get heard.
No where did I say I demanded respect, I went in for plea hearing on something I did not do, they had completely zero evidence, person on camera was fully not me, the person the store employees saw and is on the camera does not match my description.
I went in for plea hearing.. I said not guilty. Judge asked my reasoning for not saying sir..and I gave it. There is nothing arrogant about that..there is nothing there that makes a person crazy. This is America. I shall also state again that i am not required to say sir in a plea hearing. If I am required then please show this.
I also have court room witness, court documents, and even the jail staff that backs up what I have said here. As I also stated, I had zero incidents in the jail house. As I stated the jail staff was also questioning why I was not being allowed out of isolation which goes to the next thing someone stated here, the lady I talked to...remember I was in isolation and also a male and I was not allowed any visitations....so clearly it was not another inmate.
For the lithium statement, I did not nor have I ever been a mental patient anywhere and I have not ever been prescribed any meds for mental issues. As I stated I said I could not sleep and they brought me a sleep aid and for some reason not given to me lithium as well, all I requested was sleep aid. There was zero reasoning on the jail house computer for me to not be allowed in population either.

Here is more I found on the judge,
Recently a former judge in Georiga filed a lawsuit against the judge of my case. The former judge states in his lawsuit that the judge over my case conspired to have him removed as a judge after his refusal to allow "illegal" warrents to be brought to his court room.
"A former county magistrate court judge in Georgia claims in a lawsuit that he was fired as the result of a conspiracy among state Superior Court judges who were angered that his refusal to grant illegal arrest warrants in his courtroom increased their workload." "s. "Upon information and belief, The Board, Judge Edwards, Judge Sams, Judge Hankinson, and Judge Crawford intentionally made false complaints about Plaintiff to the JQC ... [and] falsely stated that plaintiff was not properly admitted as a magistrate judge."" wensday oct 8 2014
