If an E1 Visa Holder is Fired, is it Reported to the USCIS
5 months into a job, my employer and I have decided to part ways. Is the employer required to report the termination of my employment, and if so, how long before I have to depart?

Re: E 1 Termination of Employment - Must It Be Reported by Employer
Yes, the employer is obliged to report the termination of an E-1 visa employee. There's no grace period. As soon as your employment terminates, you are illegally present. You better he heading for the exit or have a definite plan to adjust your status to something else.
