Good morning
My father who is a US Citizen filled a single petition for me category f1 unmarried son and daughter but i was already married and my Father didn't know anything about that marriage i passed interview recently at the consulate then the officer gave me a simple refusal letter in which they say that i'm no longer qualify for this category and it is not possible to estimate how soon avisa number may become available for me.What can do?
You can either wait, or find a different path to immigration.

You should have advised your father of the marriage so that he (and you) did not look like you were trying to commit immigration fraud. You cannot do anything but wait your turn or, asMr. K suggested, try the DV lottery (if eligible) or employment based route.
