Various types of juvenile court disposition will result in your record being automatically sealed; with more serious outcomes you may have to file a motion. But you're putting the cart way ahead of the horse.

The court is going to fashion a consequence that is consistent with your home, school, community and prior police records. For a first offense, that may be a deferral or diversion program. A local lawyer who practices in juvenile court can advise you (your parents) about local court practices.
