Regarding Pornography and Copyright Infringement.
I belong to a country where pornography is illegal. 3 years ago I had uploaded and posted some porn videos online. If the copyright holder of those porn videos (based in US) discovers my identity, will he able to file a case against me? Given the fact that my country doesn't grant copyright to pornographic material (my country is a member of Berne convention and Universal Copyright Convention though)
Re: Regarding Pornography and Copyright Infringement.
You'd have to ask a lawyer in your country. We handle only US law. As far as Berne goes, the treaty only requires them to extend the protections the country gives to it's own work to those works originally created by other signatory countries. UCC is less restrictive.
You don't even mention what country you're in (not that it matters as it is certainly outside the scope of this forum).
One thing to watch for, you need to also check not only where YOU are but where the site hosting the videos is located. Many hosting providers even outside the US will roll over on copyright complaints and delete content/shutdown sites on copyright complaints (especially coupled with unsavory content).
Re: Regarding Pornography and Copyright Infringement.
Is it really worth the risk? Make a link page that allows you to access all the free porn pics and video already online at other sights.
Re: Regarding Pornography and Copyright Infringement.
they might sue you or they might report your distribution of pornography to the police in your country.
Re: Regarding Pornography and Copyright Infringement.
And in some countries they will cut off your hands or stone you to death for posting pornography if they find out who you are.
Re: Regarding Pornography and Copyright Infringement.
The generic answer is notwithstanding your countries laws, STOP STEALING OTHER PEOPLE'S STUFF.
If PORN is illegal, STOP BREAKING THE LAW.
This is not the "HOW DO I BREAK THE LAW AND GET AWAY WITH IT FORUM." We can not advise you on how to do that.
If you told us WHAT COUNTRY YOU ARE in, we might be able to refer you to a site that can help you. We can't answer questions about foreign law in general, and NOBODY IN THE WHOLE FREAKING world can answer the question without knowing what country you are talking about.
