    Imputed Income for Child Support
My question involves child support in the State of: Oregon. I am in the process of figuring child support for my 4 year old daughter. I have joint legal and physical custody with 50/50 parenting time. For the past 3 years I have been living off rental income from property I inherited when my father died and financial aid as I am a full-time Masters Degree student graduating this December. Will they impute my income adding $1500 to the $2000 I already get to calculate support? If that is the case I will have to pay the father.

You've given us no information about your income from any source, where the $2,000 figure comes from, or where the $1,500 figure comes from. Do you have income other than your rental income? In what amount, from what sources? How much is your rental income? Why do you believe income will be imputed, and how did you come up with an amount? Are you anticipating that this review will occur after you graduate? Do you have a job lined up?
