Drug Testing for Probation in Alabama
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Alabama (Calhoun County). I was given 3 tickets by a game warden in the national forest and sent to court. The tickets were weed and paraphernalia and a driving violation. I was sentenced to 6 months probation on color code for drug testing. My questions are 1. Do they tell You if You have failed a drug test soon as they find out or after You have served all of the time? 2. When they send Your piss off what all is it tested for? 3. After the time is served are You simply done or is another court date set to determine if Your done or not? All answers are accepted and appreciated. Thanks guys!!

it's up to your probation officer but usually it is very shortly after they get the results as it can be cause to terminate your probation and return you to jail.

whatever they want to test it for but basically, most illegal drugs.

You need to ask your probation officer and, if you have one, your lawyer.
