How to Sponsor Your Parents for U.S. Immigration
I was told of "birthright" which in some way allows a child born in the USA to have her parents who are citizens of a foreign country be sponsored by her and become USA citizens. Any links or info on this ?

She has to wait until she's 21, then she can petition.

You start with permanent residence, once that happens, they can get on the track to citizenship (takes 5 years).

Look at the sponsorship financial requirements. Those are unrealistically low and do not allow a reasonable standard of living. It is difficult for even a young college educated person to support herself in the US with today's job market - if she is lucky enough to find a full time job.
