Can You Avoid Appearing in Court for a Disorderly Conduct Charge, PC 647(f)
My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

I recently was attending a wedding, during the end of the rehearsal dinner I ordered one drink. I think the lady had made it with 4 shots or something because soon after I wasn't myself. I got very emotional, anyhow I didn't feel comfortable around my mom and wanted some breathing room. My mom is a worry wart and called the police saying i was missing. Next thing I know they pick me up and are taking me an hour away to jail with my sisters wedding the next day. They said I blew a .24% which I highly find unlikely. But that's what they said.
I live in Hawaii and had to return from California. Today is September 17. I am set to appear in Contra Costa Court October 27th. Is there any advice? the sherrif who gave me my paperwork said that there might be something i can do but didn't give me any details. Thank you in advance.

Re: Out of State 647 (F) is There a Form I Can Send
If you cannot return to the mainland for court, you should contact some attorneys in the area to see if they can represent you.
