Stepparent Rights to My Child

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Ohio
my ex husband remarried, i am the legal/residential custodial parent. does she have any legal guardianship over my children, and does she have the right to call the school to call them off from it?

You mean, if the children are sick while staying at dad's house, can stepmom call the school to let them know that they won't be attending that day? Sure. Why not?
