My question involves criminal law for the state of:new york
I was falsely arrested for assault accused by an evil in-law, video surveillance shows i am innocent. Video actually shows she assaulted me & I have injuries.
How do a get case dismissed & explunged or sealed?
If your lawyer cannot convince the prosecution to drop charges, via the trial process.
You need to secure the recording and should probably provide a copy to the police! If it shows you were assaulted, assault and/or making a false statement charges may be filed against your in-law. Charges against you will likely be dropped and you may recover your expenses through civil lawsuit.
