Selling Licensed and Unlicensed Products with Intention of Assembling Them
I would like to start selling crafts at local craft festivals. I know that I cannot purchase things like decals, patches, etc. and put them on works that I have created to sell. However, I would like to know if it would be legal to have a sort of design it yourself booth where customers would purchase my products as well as licensed products and put them on their self with my assistance. For example, could I sell a table (made by me) and licensed stickers and allow customers to put those stickers on the tables and then paint over them with varnish with my assistance?

If you are purchasing those decals and patches from a licensed distributer, the royalty has been paid to whoever owns the rights by the manufacturer of those items. I don't see the problem.
