    If he can work and is just refusing not to, income will be imputed to him. However, I get the feeling from what he has posted that she has the higher earning capacity. Just like the nurse who works to put her doctor husband thru medical school will get spousal support after 32 years of being married and supporting him through his education, this guy will get spousal support even if he can work if she has the higher income.

    ok I sure will right along with being homeless and living in a homeless shelters and rooming house for 85% of that time, thanks very much for bringing these tings to mind I will thoughtfully and prayerfully consider..

    this is a very compelling argument as well,
    the only bump in the road is that at age 56 soon to be 57 and one arrest on my record and with the help employment services for 55 and over,,, as well my resume all over the web looking looking and looking. there has not been too many opportunities come my way at all. thank you so much for your insight.

    You mentioned medicaid and foodstamps. Last I checked, one can't live on foodstamps alone so how have you been SUPPORTING yourself the last 18 months?
