Juvenile Charges for Malicious Destruction of Property
My question involves juvenile law in the State of:
So to start off I'm 15 and live in the state of Michigan. I'm being accused of destruction of property for $400 worth of destruction which I believe I didn't do, but anyways it's been about 2 weeks since the incident and we have an amazing lawyer who has won 2 cases in the supreme court, my question is what am I facing here? I have no past criminal record and before all this I guess you could call me a pretty good kid. The "destruction" was done on private property which the owner had invited me on.

You have a lawyer. You need to talk to your lawyer about the case, the evidence that exists against you, and how you plan to resolve the case -- trying to work out a benching or similar resolution with the charge, working out a different plea bargain, taking the case to trial... -- and the pros and cons of each approach. Your approach to the case could affect the manner in which the court disposes of the case.

Good family support with a strong home, school, and community record and no prior police involvement will help get you a favorable disposition but, absent an acquittal or dismissal predicated upon a conclusion that you're innocent, the facts of the alleged offense matter, as well.
