Relocating While on a National Interest Waiver Green Card Application

HI:
(1) I was wondering if anyone with an approved NIW-Green Card application translocated to a new area (before completing total 5 years) that qualifies for a "National Interest Waiver" (ie underserved area), and had their NIW-GC considered active with the new work address?
(2) If I do move to a new area and one of the hospitals, where I would see patients and be on-call, is in under-served area, is that considered legit for a NIW?
