My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Georgia. 14 years ago my misdemeanor case was closed in the state of Wisconsin, and I want to know if I should disclose it on any job applications?

By "closed" do you mean that you were convicted and completed your sentence?

Just on job applications that ask a specific enough question that requires you to disclose the misdemeanor in order to answer the question truthfully.
