Divorce when Spouse Became Disabled During Marriage
My question involves a marriage in the state of:Florida, I became disable during marriage & divorce the marriage was about 2 yrs ,the divorce has been more than 3 yrs now the biggest issue is my spouse change my health insurance during the divorce & caused me to incur large experiences already greater than 30 thousand $ with no end in site .I have several medical issues 1 being terminal & can no longer afford a attorney .. after 52k in fees from attorney &30 in medical what laws protect the disable from this issue . my spouse altered tax returns & medical coverage just to cause me Damage

How did your spouse change your health insurance? Was it because of the Affordable Health Care Act. Lot of people had to change insurance in the last 18 months. If that is the case, I would doubt he did it to hurt you. Are you still covered on his plan? What exactly is the issue? Are your doctors no longer in the network for his health insurance?
We need more information. You can always apply for your own health insurance under the AHCA if you are separated pending the divorce. There are government subsidies to help pay for the insurance. You can apply at https://www.healthcare.gov/ but you will have to wait for open enrollment to start again.
