Sending Harmful Matter to a Minor and Luring

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California
7 year ago, I was arrested for 2 felonies - Sending harmful matter to a minor and Luring. Cop was posing as minor on internet.
Being native of India, i returned back home after being out on bail for 6 months. My lawyer told that DA is not seeking extradition on this. Now, i want to plead guilty to the charges. Is it possible to plead guilty now? The US embassy has refused to give me any visa. If i contact the US court, would they assign me a public attorney to close this case?

You have told us that you have a lawyer. You should talk to your lawyer. You're not going to get a court-appointed lawyer while you're in India.

If you can't get authorized to enter the U.S. to enter a guilty plea and get sentenced on the charge, it won't happen.

Having been charged with a sexual offense and fleeing, it is unlikely you will ever be legally granted access to the US again.

What is your goal? You want to plead guilty and return to The US and serve your sentence then be deported?

I'm generally in favor of putting child predators in cages, but I don't see what you think you will gain by doing this. Were you recently diagnosed with something you cannot afford treatment for and now hope to get treatment courtesy of the prison system?
