Getting a Job While Present on an H4 Visa

Hello,

My wife is in H4 visa,and she's currently staying with me in the states, we know it's Illegal to work, but what is the exact details about that ?, i mean what if she found a job? how can she work with it.
Ok, here is the details about my question,right now, she found an organization to work with, and they want to hire her right away, but of course of the visa, so what do you think the solutions can be ?
make an H1B for her ?, if so ,as far as i know this suppose to be done from January to April every year,so ?
I need a real solution for this situation please .

She absolutely CANNOT work while physically in the US unless she has authorization to do so. There is no way around having that. She should NOT be looking for a job in the US to begin before Oct. 2015 unless it is for a cap exempt institution

If you are on H1B, you should know the rules of the program and would not have posted this question if you were informed about your rights and responsibilities.
