    So, did you end up getting paid at least minimum wage for hours worked? Are you still employed?

    No I didnt, I had someone with me, why would a company lie to twc on paper lIke that. Aren't they scared to do that?

    I didn't abandon truck, I even went thru their inspection process going into yard. My fiance was with me. They said my check reversal was because it was abandoned but it was not, I parked it on their yard. Why would they deliberately lie?

    no I got 16.49 out of the 806.21 owed. I will take this all the way I can because they are wrong and lying, I am not lying so I don't have to make up lies to cover up last lies.

    Then your recourse is to file a claim with the TWC. However, the illegal part is not paying you. Reversing a direct deposit is not inherently illegal - refusing to pay you is illegal. Had they then turned around and paid you for the time you worked, we wouldn't be having this discussion.

    cbg remember most truck drivers are not afforded protection by standard minimum wage laws.
