Your mother has no right to do anything with your child but, just the same, you are minor and as such, under the control of your mother. If you leave you can be considered a runaway and dealt with as such. If an adult aids you, there are often criminal charges they can be charged with. I haven't researched your state specifically though but such laws are very common across the country.

When you are 18, and not one minute earlier, you can move out and live anywhere you like. Until then, you live where your mother says you live. Having a baby does NOT provide you with legal emancipation in any state - in fact, it suggests that you need more adult supervision, not less.
