Asylee with Permanent Residence Through Marriage
I came to US as a daughter of an Asylee and now i am a permanent resident through marriage. Now i am applying for Travel Document and am confused which "application type" i should check off: a) i'm a permanent resident or conditional tesident of US, and now i am applying for a reentry permit. b) i'm a permanent resident as a direct result of refugee or asylee status and i'm applying for a Refugee travel document. Please help! Thanks.

Filing Form I-131 for a Travel Document
Hi! Filing form i-131 for Travel Document. There is a question regarding applicacion type which made me confused. 1) permanent resident 2) permanent resident as a result of refugee or asylee. Before i became a permanent resident tgrough marriage i had a status of asylee, so what do i check off? Thanks.

]a) i'm a permanent resident or conditional [r]esident of US...

You should be aware of whether you are a conditional permanent resident through marriage, or whether you have removed the conditions from your permanent residency; but what you're telling us is that you're a permanent resident though marriage.

i'm a permanent resident as a direct result of refugee or asylee status and i'm applying for a Refugee travel document.

You have told us that you ended your status as an asylee in favor of permanent residency through marriage.

As you seem to have little understanding of your status, I am reluctant to suggest what you should do based on what you're telling us, and thus suggest that you consult an immigration lawyer.
